5. Initial Production Stage--To make the samples for you confirm after we got your payment. After your approval by sending you photos or samples,we will arrange the production&inform the estimated time.

6. End Production--Mass production products photos will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection.

7. Clients make payment for balance and we will ship the goods. Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy.

8. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

Definitely yes,We can make it according to your specific requirements.FREE art design assistance available for you-pls provide us your own design logo file for customzied product and we will design it for you.

 

2.What's your minimum order quantity ?

For customized products,MOQ depends on shirt specifications/design/craft,usually our existing blank t-shirt customized MOQ is 10pcs.Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.

 

3.Can I order a sample first before mass production?

Of course,we welcome sample order to test and check our quality,so that you can check it out to make sure if it makes you satisfied.The sample charge depends on your design,sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

 

4.How long will it take for the sample and mass production?

Usually it will take 5-9days to finish the samples,while it will take longer time for complex design.And the lead time for mass production will take 7-15days approx after sample confirmation,regarding to the quantity and design.We're dedicated to providing the quickest turnaround times and work very hard to ensure that all of your deadlines are met.

 

 5.How do your packing of the goods? Do you offer custom packaging?

Standard export packing---each shirt single polybag packaging, then put into export cartons,but we can also do customized packing for you according to your requirements.
