Application of conveyor belt vulcanizing machine :
Suitable for the jointing in these fields: metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mining, power plant, ports, docks. The surface of the jointing is smooth, and it can reduce the abrasive and make the conveyor belt to work for a long time.

1.Power Voltage: 380V. 660V. 480V. 440V. 415V. 400V or 220V

2.Vulcanizing pressure: 0.6~1.2 MPa (6~12kg / cm2) (Determined by detailed rubber belts) Other vulcanizing pressure can also be available at negotiated price.

3.Vulcanizing temperature: 145°C (adjustable 0~200°C)

4.Temperature-rising time (from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature): no more than 35 min

5.Time of heat preservation for vulcanizing could be adjusted according to thickness of rubber belt;

Standard Press will include below components:

 

• Standard is Auto Electric pumps (if small press, also will suggest use manual pump, save cost)
• Standard heating platen with Water cooling system and with new plug & socket
• With Almex style pressure bag (double layers rubber bag, without aluminum alloy frame, is complete integral)
• For 200PSI, we will choose steel bolts & nuts and for 100PSI, we will choose aluminum bolts & nuts
• Standard high quality auto controller
