3.\tQ: Can I get a door to door service? Or Can I get the Bricks delivered to my door?
A: Yes, we offer door to door service to make your work easy.

4.\tQ: Can I get a sample first? How does it charge?
A: Yes, free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.

5.\tQ: How about the delivery date?
A: If the quantity is small, the delivery date will be about 10-15days. If the quantity is big, the delivery date will be around 25-30days.

6.\tQ: what if the bricks broken during transportation?
A: All of our products are insurance. Our after-sale service team will sort the reasons and will be sure you will be properly compensated!

7.\tQ: Can you make products from our design?
A: YES. We could make the products from your own design.

8.\tQ: How do I make payment?
A: We receive paypal, western union and directly bank transfer to our company account. If these are all unavailable, we will issue you a paypal invoice and you simply pay by credit card.
