The function of the oil filter:

As a component of the internal combustion engine. Oil filter plays a very important role in the lubrication system. During the

combustion process, it can filter out metal debris mixed with oil, toner and gradually produce gum and other impurities These

impurities will accelerate the wear of moving parts, ans could easily lead to the clogging of the lubricating oil passage. Oil filter 

ensures the normal operation of internal combustion engine, the service life of the engine, the service life of the engine has been

greatly improved, and can prolong the service life of the other parts.

The function of the fuel filter:

Th role of the fuel filter is to filter engine combustion that fuel required(gasoline, diesel), removing those rarities from the fuel.

Such as dust, metal power, water and organic compounds entering the engine and prevent engine wear and the resistance

occurring in oil supply system.

 Q1. What is your terms of payment?                                                                            

A:Usually,we accept T/T.For regular oil filter orders,we prefer 30% in advance before we start producing,70% against

 the goods finished (or before delivery the goods). For long term business relations, we have more advantage terms for

payment.

Q2. What is your terms of delivery?                                                                             

A: We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q3: What is the lead time?                                                                                             

A:It usually takes 25 to 35 days after oil filter sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific

delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was non standard, we have to consider

extra 10-15days for tooling/mould made.

Q4: How about tooling Charge?                                                                                    

A: Tooling charge only charge once when first oil filter order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair

or under maintance and we only sell you this goods.

Q5. What is your sample policy?                                                                                  

A: We are glad to send bushing oil filter samples for your inspection.Standard samples can be free, but the clients need

to cover the freight cost.

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?                                  

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q7: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?                        

1) We can provide bushing oil filter samples and you can  choose one or more, and then we make the quality according 

to that, after we get your confirmation we will start produce.

2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your sample. 

Q8: How to solve the quality problems after sales?                                                   

A: If our problem,you can take photos of the problems or send oil filter to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 

three days after we confirm the problems.

Q9. What is your terms of packing?                                                                              

A: Generally, we pack oil filter in neutral cartons or XTSKY brand. If you have legally registered patent,  we can pack the goods

by your logo after getting your authorization letters.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance to the  standards.
