A: Product Introduction:
- Vertical Machining Center is composed of base, column, middle sliding saddle, table, headstock, operation panel, tool magazine, pneumatic system, lubricant system, cooling, lighting, protection system, CNC system, electrical system.
- International advanced linear rolling guide way pair are adopted on X, Y , Z, axis which is high rigidity, heavy-load, low friction; driving lead screw is heavy-load, low friction, high accuracy ball screw, spindle speed is 40~8000 rpm,rapid speed is 30m/min. Timing and fixed quantity lubricant system is equipped, which prolongs the working life of machine, totally enclosed protection device is adopted, which assures the safety of worker and lustration of environment.
