Plastic PVC PP PE Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line/Extrusion Machine
PE PP single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line shall be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugated pipe in PE/PP and PVC raw material. Molding corrugated pipe with smooth inside and outside surface, and even ripple at one time by corresponding die. Used as electic wire pipe, washing machine drain pipe, dust collector pipe and ventiduct, etc.
Small size corrugated pipe of Φ4-Φ7mm are used in car.

Process flow:
Dryness loader→Single screw extruder→Die→Forming moulds→Water tank(optional)→Haul off and cutter(optional)→Double working-station winder
Material-1: PP, Temperature range: -20°C -110°C , the product is anti-oil, anti-acid, anti-alkali. The black color pipe is
ultraviolet resistant.
Material-2: PE, Temperature range: -40°C -80°C , the product is anti-oil, anti-acid, anti-alkali. The black color pipe is
ultraviolet resistant.
PE/PP/PVC Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line shall be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugation pipe in PVC.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
After being informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to our factory.
After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory, we will send one or two technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed. Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines.
Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
After one year quality guarantee period, we will provide after-sell service for all the life.
