Exposed Aggregate or Engineered Infill

Fill BOLV GEOCELL with specified aggregate material progressively from front to back. Be sure to use an infill material with particle sizes appropriate for the specified depth of the BOLV GEOCELL.

For vegetative walls fill inner cells progressively with aggregate infill material. Limit the drop height of infill material to 1m to avoid displacement of the hdpe geocell wall. Fill outer cells with soil to allow vegetation to grow.

The production of the geocell sheet and the ultrasonic welding process are separated. After the sufficient geocell sheet is stored, the workers will prepare the geocell sheets and transport them close to the welding platform of the ultrasonic welding machine. The operation of the ultrasonic welding machine is Manual and the welding process is semi-automatic operation. The workers should put the geocell sheet into the specified welding position,then touch the welding switch, the ultrasonic welding start. The number of sheets to be welded is set in advance. After the ultrasonic welding completed, the workers pull out the welded geocell sheet and checks the geocell welding quality. Both ends are trimmed and cut.
