Combine Hepa Filter
Good performance combine filter usually has 4 stages filtration layers, includes pre filter, hepa, active carbon and photocatalyst (or cold catalyst). Mostly Purecare's filter is HEPA 13, H11 is for option.

Purecare prefer to use cartridge filter with plastic cover, because it is convenient and has better shape.


How to replace a filter?
Purecare's filter is usually has a plastic handle that can be the bottom cover of the air purifier as well.

Step 1: Loosen the filter by rotating it anticlockwise

Step 2: Put the filter outside and then put a new one into the machine.

Step 3: Rotating the filter clockwise to lock up


How long to change a filter?
Filter as a consumable parts of the air purifier, it needs to be changed regularly to ensure the purification rate. Normally a filter can last for 6 months to 1 year, it depends on the frequency of utilization, and Purecare's products have a filter life reminder that will alarm you to change the filter when time's up.

1/ What is the MOQ?
Normally MOQ will be at least 300-500 units each model, if we have stock, less qty will be accepted.

2/ What is the filters are we using now?
We are using 4 stages of filters, pre filter + HEPA 13 filter + active carbon filter + photocatalyst / cold catalyst filter which has great help in odor removal, cleaner for allergies, pets, smokers, mold, pollen and dust.

3/ When should I replace the filters?
Hepa filters can often be used continuously for more than six moths, the actual life depends on the actual air quality levels. Our machine has the filter change indication function to remind users when should change filters.

4. What is the delivery time for the sample?
Sample ready time will be: 2-3 days after payment received. Samples will be sent out via DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, etc.

5. What are your warranty terms?
Our machine warranty is one year, and motor is five years, 0.3-1% components will be provided if needed.
