Q: I knew nothing about this machine, what kind of machine i should choose?
A:Very easy to choose. Just tell us what you want to do by using cnc router/laser machine, then let us give you perfect solutions and suggestions
Q: When i got this machine, but i did not know how to use it.What should i do?
A:We will send video and english manual with the machine.If you still have some doubts, we can talk by telephone or skype(bettymo330)
Q: Does this machine can be used both flame and plasma ?
A: The standard is a flame but there are plasma interface, if you want to use plasma cutting need to buy additional arc voltage regulator and plasma host
Q: If do not install the torch height control, can be used?
A: Yes, it can be used, but very inconvenient, because the cutting table is not flat or steel plate deformation, will lead to cutting when the cut mouth and iron plate hit. The best distance between the cutting mouth and the iron plate is 5 mm. The effect of the arc pressure booster is to keep the torch and the iron plate at about 5 mm.
Q: I have a plasma host can match with the your CNC machine?
A: Yes, of course. Because we CNC cutting machine and arc pressure regulator to do a good anti-interference ability, able to adapt to all the plasma host.
Q: If some problems happened to this machine during warranty period,what should i do?
A:We will supply free parts in machine warranty period if machine have some problem. While we also supply free after-service forever,so any doubts,just let us know,we will give you solutions as soon as possible.
