 What is silo bags?

A polyethylene bag 60 meters long and 2.75 meters 10 diameter for storing grain in the open.It is suitable for storing wheat(up to 220mt),maize,barley,paddy,mustard,soya and other commodities.

What is a Silo bag made of?

A laminated plastic sheet made of 3 layers of co extruded polyethylene that is 250 microns thick.The first 2 layers make the bag weather proof and act as a UV filter.The third layer is black and protects the grain from sunlight.

White and black poly film=White on one side,black on another

 1.The white surface reflects light from the floor back into the foliage of crops. 

2.The black underside layer stops light reaching the soil beneath, which prevents weed and algal growth.

3.This provides a waterproof lining and has a cooling effect.
