A:The MOQ depends on the design and production processes of the products,for the majority of plastic bottle,our MOQ is 10000 sets.
Q:What types of payment terms do you accept?
A:Currently,the payment terms we accept are T/T(30% before production,70% against B/L copy) and irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:How long can I receive an order?
A:We will send to you within 7-10 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
Q:Can we get your free samples?
A:Yes,you can.Our samples are only free for the customers who confirm order.But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
Q:Can we combine many items size in one cocntainer in my first order?
A:Yes,you can.But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
Q:What's your shipping way?
A:We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.By sea,by air,or by express etc.

A:We will make samples before mass production,after sample product approved,we will begain to make mass production.Doing 100% inspection during production.Then do random inspection before packing,take pictures after packing.

A:If any breakage or defect products were found,you must take the pictures from the original carton,All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.This date is subject to the arrival time of picture you present.Finally we will completly compensate all your boss.
