7 What should we do if our machine breaks down, how could you help us?
During the warranty period under all normal usage, once the breakdown occurs, we will provide the free parts to users (including shipping). After the warranty period, we offer the free preventive maintenance within two years(excluding materials). Preventive maintenance includes: twice per year, one day's device follow-up per time, the routine examination of equipment, the training at the customer’s site; The time and the specific content of preventive maintenance work will be agreed by both parties; engineers can be dispatched to debug on the site as your requirement.
