MF106 milk fat measuring instrument is the first one in China to test the milk fat. In nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing equipment based, through the comprehensive consideration on the company fat measuring instrument, and national standard of milk fat measuring a variety of requirements, the company design special condensing tube, to improve the smartphone operating system, to capture the grease stratification, refluxing solvent, solvent recovery and so many technical difficulties, the successful development of the MF-106 determination of milk fat instrument.
The instrument consists of five parts: 1, ultrafine liquid crystal color full control; 2, fat cell breaking environment; 3, constant temperature control, timing alarm; 4, oil chromatography and solvent recovery; 5, the cooling function. Seal structure, with the national patent of special chromatography separation tube, extraction bottle, compact instrument structure, the whole process without sample transfer, high precision phase of rapid return; Instrument operation is simple and convenient, the test result accuracy is high, the reproducibility is good.
This instrument with alkali, acid break fat cell, chromatography separation, weight measurement for the principle, the implementation of the standard number: GB 5413.3-2010;GB/T5009.6-2003;SB/T10009-2008;GB/T9695.7-2008 (instead of GB/T9695.7-1988).
