How to Select Table of Vibration Shaker Table

  

Our jinshibao Vibration Shaker Table have THREE different deck designs available:

(1) The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm;

(2) The fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm;

(3) The slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.

Head Motion

6-S Vibration Shaker Table are furnished with a totally enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum.

Decks

The decks of Vibration Shaker Table are constructed of steel framework and covered 16mm fiberglass with corundum, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and no distortion, it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition. 

Feed and Water Box

For the jinshibao Vibration Shaker Table, A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.

Support device 

We mainly have three supporting device types for the Vibration Shaker Table:

Our Vibration Shaker Table are widely applied on different mining sites home and abroard.  

 

 

 

•  LCL: If the Vibration Shaker Table is shipped by bulk, it is always packed in steel frame.

When the quantity is one set, the Vibration Shaker Table is installed up and packed in steel frame inside and plywood outside.

When the quantity is more than 1 set, the Vibration Shaker Tables are not installed up and packed in steel frames separately.

 

 

 

•  FCL: If the Vibration Shaker Table is shipped in container, it will be loaded in the container as belows without installation.

The purpose why do not install up them is to save the volume. The volume of one set of installed up LS4500 Vibration Shaker Table is about 10 cubic meters.
