Product Application

The wheel shot blasting machine cleans plates, beams, structures removing scale, dirt and rust. The chamber with protection has a closed metal construction covered inside with rubber sheets to absorb cinematic shot energy. The pipes are directed in translation and rotation motions, one after another, by a transport device into the shot blasting chamber where they are cleaned.

Shotblasters build-up a high-velocity directional metal shot stream. The shotblaster construction allows to form and regulate the directional stream. The regeneration of used shots takes place continuously in closed cycles charging shots by a screw conveyor an elevator into the separator, shot eliminator and then into the hopper.

Main Features

1. Steel profile shot blasting machine normally use roller pass through type.
2. They are widely used in the industry of steel plate, steel structure, engineering machinery, bridge building and so on. By shot blasting, it can remove rust, oxide layers, welding slag and other pollutant and eliminate surface stress force.
3. After shot blasting, it can improve paint film adhesion with steel, improve anti-rust capacity, improve the quality and prolong the service life of steel structure.
4. The steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected, purifying by shots circle system and continue to be used again for blasting turbines.
5. The working process flow of shots circle system: steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected by portrait screw conveyor and delivered to bucket elevator then the bucket elevator will lift to air wash type separator.
6. After separating, the dust and broken steel shots will be removed away from steel shots and good steel shots will enter storage bin.
