Product Feature

Huamei elastomeric Rubber foams which have high thermal insulation value are resistant to water and steam as well as bear resistance characteristic against the UV (Ultraviolet) rays, harsh weather conditions and oils. Elastomeric Rubber Foam allowing the ease of installation and use with its high flexibility does not allow forming of fungus and mold on it.

Heat permeability coefficient constitutes the most important insulation. Due to the stable air incarceratedin the closed cells and low heat conductivity of the Huamei elastomeric material a significant reduction is provided in heat transfer. The surface temperature is reached to the ideal value by means of the low insulation value (0,038)

The materials and cellular structure of Huamei which is manufactured in accordance with the suitable density (7500) and closed cell rate ensures long term insulation efficiency and resists to water vapor permeability.

Huamei elastomeric rubber foam is resistant to fire. In case of fire it does not allow the flames to progress in the vertical and horizontal direction. By means of this feature it meets all the values prescribed for fire safety and it is an insulation material you can use in your buildings and installations confidently .

Multi-layered closed wall cells provide a built-in vapour barrier which can’t be compromised by surface punctures or rips - this ensures the vapour barrier stays working for the lifetime of the insulation system.

Active antimicrobial protection provides added security against air pollutants in buildings

The air inside buildings can be up to ten times more contaminated with air-borne pollutants than the air outside. Excess moisture in combination with dust and dirt particles provides an ideal breeding ground for microbial growth. The microbes themselves then release spores, cells, particles and volatile organic compounds (VOC) and thus may also contribute to sick building syndrome. Among the most serious consequences are an increase in respiratory, allergic and asthmatic illnesses and disturbances of the immune system.

Huamei rubber foam insulation is an expanded closed cell structure provides the ideal and most efficient vapor barrier for the prevention of condensation or frost formation on cooling systems, chilled water and refrigerant lines.

Huamei rubber foam insulation also prevent retards heat loss for hot water plumbing and heating, dual temperature piping and solar systems. It protects pipes by acting as a vibration damper and giving protection against corrosion by atmospheric and industrial environment.
