This series 3 in 1 Hydraulic Copper Bus bar processor for Substation has three units:punching, shearing and bending.It is easily to adjust each unit to shorten the processing time and improve the production efficiency. It is used to process copper and aluminum busbars in different specification.By relative operation unit It can easily and quickly do all kinds of processing to copper and aluminum busbar,such as shearing, punching (circular hole and oblong hole), flat/honrizental bending, vertical bending and knurling.Change differentmold to do special processing to copper bar,such as flat press,embossing,cable connector process,and can do cutting,flat crushing,pushing,and bending.

2.The bending unit uses an importedPLC control system,which have stable system and high accuracy. It is used to process copper and aluminum busbars indifferent specification.
By relative unit It can easily and quickly do all kinds of processing to copper and aluminum busbar
3.punching (circular hole and oblong hole), use a six mold turn plate,no need to change mold frequently.
4.Change different molds/dies to do flat press,embossing to a copper bar,cable connector press,and can do cutting,flat crushing,pushing,and bending to a copper/aluminium bar/clad.
5.The machine has four casters so it is easily to be moved everywhere
6.Two operating modes,manul button and foot switch
7.Double table,which makes three unit can work together.
