FETMX6UL-C2 is a Cortex-A7 featuring System-on-Modules designed based on Freescale cost-effective power efficient high performance i MX6Ultra Lite processor. it is with main frequency of 528MHz, 256M LvDDR3 and 256M NAND Flash. the SoM was designed with 80-pin ultra thin connectors to allow it could be connected to carrier board.



Compact size and flexible combination

System-on-Modules: 40mm*50mm, 6-layer EING PCB design, a couple of board-to-board connectors to avoid mispluging
