·The machine adopts PLC program control, one-key start, automatic fixture bagging, quantitative function error can be controlled within ±25 grams, only 2 operators are needed, labor saving, and no professional skills are required for operators.
The opening roller and working roller are covered with self-locking card clothing, which has a long service life, which is more than 4 times that of ordinary grooved card clothing. Curl and smoothness, the filled product is fluffy, resilient and soft to the touch.
·Automatic frequency conversion cotton feeding motor, which can be automatically adjusted according to the needs of the cotton filling amount, and the cotton filling machine automatically frequency conversion and speed regulation to ensure that the filled product is flat and uniform.
