Standard: DIN, SMS, 3A, ISO, IDF, RJT 
Gasket material: Silicon, EPDM, Viton , NBR, FPM, which all confirm to standard of FDA. 
Connection: Weld, clamp, thread, single weld single thread, flange 
Handle: 2-position handle, 3-position handle, 4-position handle pull rod handle, multi-position plastic handle and multi-position stainless steel handle.  
Actuator: Pneumatic stainless steel actuator, pneumatic aluminium actuator, electric actuator. 

2. Applications: 
Sanitary butterfly valve is automatically or manually operated valve. It is well suited for various applications in stainless steel pipe systems. Which use for food, beverage, brewage, dairy, pharmacy and chemical industry area.

 

3. Operating Principle: 
It can be either remote-controlled by an actuator or manually operate a handle. 
The actuator has three standard types, namely normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and air/air activated (A/A). 
The actuator push piston of axial movement into 90 degree so that it controls butterfly valve.

 

4. Performance: 
Disc is producing by the import CNC machine. It is connect with the sealer perfect so the sealing function is better. 2. Valve body and disc are made from precise forging. AISI304/316L 
Diversiform operation (manual and pneumatic) and adjustable operation as different points. 
All butterfly valves can be installed sighed-position indicator and switch.
