Application:
As people's demand for substances increases, the use of UHT sterilizers is becoming more and more widespread.
Milk, yogurt, beverages, soy milk, soy milk, cereal drinks, condiments, coffee, thin cream, egg liquor, ice cream, etc.
Working Principle
The product is pumped from the balance tank, preheated to homogenization temperature of 65℃, then preheated to 90~120℃ for milk protein stabilization, then ultra-high temperature sterilization of 140℃, holding for 4 seconds, and finally cooled to filling temperature of 25℃. The system is pre-pasteurized with hot water is in the circulation loop to save energy. The diameter of the tube, the shape (flat or corrugated) and the choice of bundle are determined by the needs of the product.

The tube type ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilizer is the ideal equipment for ultra-high temperature liquid processing, which applies tube heat exchanger to indirect heating of products, and its technical performance is comparable to imported advanced equipment of the same kind.
