What the different types of beam patterns?                     

Spot Beam : 30 degree (Narrow Beam) is a concentrated light pattern that is narrow yet very long.

This pattern produces more of an intense centre spot which lights up objects right in front of you, while sacrificing some side light. 30 degree Spot Beam is great for long distance Highway driving.

Flood Beam : 60 degree (Wide Beam) is much wider LED light pattern than the Spot but has a shorter reach.

This is great for dispersing light and lighting up larger amounts of space on the track in front of you rather than far into the distance, making the led Flood work light ideal for low range 4×4 driving, frequent off-road use, tractor work light and mining light.

Combo Beam : Both Spot & Flood combination, This is a great all round led light pattern giving you distance and flood light. Combo beam is the most popular and widely use on led light bars today.

Before shipment every finished products must be tested through all our testing 

items and the failure rate is lower than 0.1%.

On the following items and within the warranty period, once identified, we can

change a new one for you.

1.What format of the file do you need if I want my own logo on lights?

We have our own designer, you can provide AI, CDR or PDF, ect. we

will make clear artwork for your final confirmation.

Then can engrave logo on lights.

2.The sample fee is refundable?Do you offer the free samples?

Yes, Sample fee is refundable when order is up to certain quantity

Sample is available but charged, we promise to refund the sample fee once you place the order.

3.Which kinds of certificates would you have?

CE, ROHS,IP67,E-marks or just tell us which certificate you need so that our factory can send the lights to inspect

4.How long does it take to prepare products for delivery?

For sample it is usually 1-3 days, bulk order 15-25days,custom-made order 1-3months

5. What is your circuit board made of? How about the housing?

It is Aluminum board. The housing is made of aluminum alloy.

6. What are your testing items?

They are waterproof test, aging test, burn- in test, shock test and saline water test.
