Introduction

C2TES1 Tile Adhesive for Floor Ceramic Tiles is polymer modified, cement-based, single component, and highly flexible, quick-setting, cementitious thin-set mortar for fixing all types of tiles in internal and external situations.

Where to Use

l  Internal & External – Residential & Commercial applications.

l  Walls & Floors – (>0.1% water absorption) Natural Stone, porcelain, mosaics, fully vitrified and ceramic tiles.

l  Substrates – Walls of render, concrete, fibre-cement sheets, plasterboard & Floors of concrete, sand/cement screed, compressed fibre-cement sheets.

Properties

l  High Adhesion to fully vitrified/ porcelain tiles and low porosity substrates

l  Highly flexible, recommended for substrates with vibration, shrinkage or deflection

l  Suitable for large-size ceramic, porcelain tiles and natural stones.

l  Good extended open and adjustability time, facilitating installation.

Mixing

l  Add C2TES1 Tile Adhesive for Floor Ceramic Tiles to a bucket of clean water mixing constantly with electric mixer until a thick creamy consistency is achieved.

l  The mixing ratio is 20kg of C2TES1 Tile Adhesive for Floor Ceramic Tiles to approximately5 liters of water.

l  Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, remix, and then use the adhesive.

Shelf Life

C2TES1 Tile Adhesive for Floor Ceramic Tiles can be stored up to 12 months in an elevated, cool dry place in original packaging.

With pallets can load 1360 bags, without pallet can load 1380 bags.
