Compound Ketoconazole Ointment

[Pharmacological action]  Metronidazole has efficacy against most of anaerobes and trichomonas, and no efficacy against aerobic bacteria or facultative anaerobes. It is used to prevent systemic or local infection caused by anaerobes.

Ketoconazole is a kind of synthetic imidazole antifungals, and have inhibitory effect on systemic and superficial dermatophytes (microsporum, epidermophyton and tricophyton). It can be used to prevent fungal skin infection.

[Indications] bacterial infected skin diseases of dogs and cats caused by fungi, anaerobes, etc.

[Dosage and administration] external use: applied on affected parts of dogs and cats 3-5 times a day for consecutive 5-7 days.

[Product feature]: Strong anti-inflammatory, antiallergic effect.

[Precautions] 1. It is forbidden in gestation period of dogs.

2. It can be used with caution for animals with hepatic insufficiency.

3. Do not contact eyes.

 

4.This product has liver toxicity and embryo toxicity.
