A: We are manufacturer with trading branches. Our headquarter is located in Hong Kong, with branches in mainland China & United States.

 

Q: What is your warranty?
A: Our products warranty is 1 year, and the warranty can be extended with extra 5% each year.

 

Q: What technical support could you offer?
A: We offer free technical consultancy, and free online support. We can also offer overseas onsite support with necessary travelling & labour cost. For the welding and roofing products, we have service support centers in USA to handle.

 

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: For welding equipment, there are immediate stock for delivery.

Other machines generally 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. 
Without stock, 15-20 days for small format machine, 30 days for large format machine, and 7 day for personal care products.

 

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer sample for some items free of charge, while customer paying cost of freight. Send us inquiry for checking details.

 

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<= 5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 50% T/T in advance , balance before shipment.
