Protection class of motor: IP58 with airspace protection meet national standard, prevent crude oil from entering into motor, no sediment jam motor airspace.
Structure of armature and technology of linear motor guarantee the axiality and straightness of inside diameter of armature ,eliminate friction of inside diameter of armature and external diameter of active cell and reduce mechanical loss & fault.
The novel active cell features high mechanical strength, no harmful deflection will caused by its shaft. The unusual magnetic pole structure not only protect permanent magnet but also start winding.
Be equipped with decompression structure. It will decompress automatically when the air in the linear motor thermal expand so that prevent the motor body from deforming in hot state.
There is a lubricating structure in linear motion active cell.
Suitable for inclined shaft,directional well,low yield offshore oil field. Main advantages compared with pumping suit: energy saved above 35%, pumping parameter adjustable, canceling pumping rod, occupied little operating space on ground with well-head and control panel only, environmental protection because of no oil falling around well-head. Test in the same oil field proved that underground oil pump with linear motor output 6.1m3 per day at 1450m high working fluid level with power consumption 100KW/h, t/hectometre 1.13KW/h, system efficiency 24%, compared with pumping unit, it can save electricity 113KW/h per day.
