Manufacturing Plastic Injection Moulding is a method of producing objects which is done by the use of an injection molding machine with a heat-mealtable plastic material. The shape of products is controlled by a confined chamber called a mold or mould. Injection molding process is one of the most versatile production methods in the plastic manufacturing industry. It's a major processing thenique for converting thermoplastics or thermoset plastics into variety of products for different end uses such as space shuttle to automitive, electronics to medical, sports to recreation, building and construction to machine, consumer products to medical apparatus an dinstruments. Injection molding process involves feeding pallet material, melting this pallet material from solid to molten plastic material, and forcing this material through a barrel by a screw, coveying this molten material from the barrel through sprue, runners, and gates into cavities of mold, and then cooling and forming this melt inside the mold which may also have such features as cores, inserts and cavities.

| (5) Our Manufacturing Plastic Injection lead time for molding is normally around 22~25 days, but this depends on specific plastic product project, and our promise is that if we promised what date we will finish tooling, we will work all days and nights to make sure finish in time, if not, the latest is no more than 3 natural days but this delay seldomly happens. | (6) Customers can pay us through L/C, T/T, Paypal, and W/U. Alibaba Trade Assurance is always supported. For mould down-payment, we never require 100% but just 50~70% is ok, and remaining amount can be paid upon sample test satisfaction. About production, you only pay 30% and remaining 70% can be paid before shippment. |
