Q: How long is your lead-time?
A: 30-45 days.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We normally accept 30% deposit by TT in advance, balance after receving BL copy. L/C is also acceptable. For more details, please contact us directly.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ policies are different among the products. For ROBTEC brand discs, MOQ is 500pcs; for OEM discs, diameter of 100~125mm discs, MOQ: 6000pcs; diameter of 150~230mm, MOQ:4000pcs, Dameter of 300~400mm, MOQ: 2000pcs.
