1. Can I have a sample order ?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

2. What about the lead time?

Sample needs 2-3 days, mass production time needs 1 weeks for order quantity more than 2000sets. Then we need 3-4 days deliver goods from Nanyang to Shanghai/ Shenzhen/ other ports.

3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?

Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Small order we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. 

5. Is it OK to print my logo ?

Yes. Please inform us the color of logo, and confirm the place of logo printing with us.
6.Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Yes, we offer one year warranty to our products.

7. Which Payment way is workable?
