Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, the packing is the LG original Pallet Package;
     We can also load the compressor in separate cartons(the Carton is LG carton design), then put them in the pallet.
Q2. Are you LG original refrigerator compressor?
A: Sure, we supply the 100% LG original Rotary Compressor, we never do the re-produced compressor, and never supply fake LG compressor to customers.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery? and Payment term?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

B: We accept TT(30% TT as deposit, 70% balance before the shipment), LC at sight, LC at 120 days, DP and so on.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: For LG original pallet package lead time is 15 days, separate carton loading lead time is 20 days;
Q5. Can I visit your company?
A: Yes, you are welcome to visit our company at any time, we are in Taizhou city, Jiangsu province, near to Shanghai city, and Nanjing city, also you can fly to Yangzhou airport directly.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample,  but the customers have to pay the sample cost and 
the courier cost.
