Structure of roller press coal briquetting machine

1.Feeding system:

Ration feeding and ensure the iron powder go into the machine evenly.

2.AC motor:

Electromagnetic speed regulation motor. It can maintain the constant feeding pressure to make sure the stable quality of outlet briquettes when the feeding efficiency of conveyor feeder is equal to the required amount of iron powder of main machine.

3.Transmission system:

Motor, V-belt, reduction gear, exposed gear and rollers.

4.If the machine is hydraulic type:

Hydraulic protection device: when the machine working, the hydraulic pump drives the high pressure oil into the hydaulic cylinder to make the pistion axial displacement. Then the front connector of pistion rod will be on the bearing block, which can meet the requirements of production pressure.

 

 

Features of roller press coal briquetting machine

1.In order to ensure the good quality and mechanical strength of the final product, special care should be taken to ensure that the granule size fed to the machine is maintained below 3mm,preferable in the range of 30~40% small than1~2mm, with no more than 10% over 2mm.

2.The moisture content of the mixture has also a critical effect on the quality of the final product, so it should be kept in the range of 8~12%.

3.Raw material of coal industry(coal powedr, coke, coal sludge, etc)need to make coal briquette, using in industrial boilers and civilian  boiler.

 

Working principle of roller press coal briquetting machine
