A: Yes. This may be extra charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size. You may send us high resolution artwork in CDR, AI or PDF.

Q: Can you make my own design? 
A: Yes. You can choose a similar design from our price list or your own design photos with detail requirements you have.

Q: How do I pay? 
A: U can Pay by T/T(Wire Transfer) or Western Union. 30%-50% deposit in advance, balance paid before delivery.

Q: How could I Shipping the goods?
A: By Express(DHL,UPS,FedEx, etc.), By Air or By Sea.We will choose the best shipping way for you.

Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged?
A: 2 years' limited warranty. It’s long distance to ship goods back, so we send repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material) to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there’s any problem.
