Description

1. PS-V300 is a vertical automatic CNC metal spinning forming machine tool. The structure of the machine base is Box type, the reinforcing rib of the column adopts the " well" structure, the overall structure is stable and firm, not easy to deformation. It can carry out the movement of horizontal ( x axis ), vertical ( z axis ) two coordinate and the rotary motion of CNC tool magazine ( a axis ), can realize the continuous motion of line and circular interpolation, the jingeijiao of the cutter can change the jingeijiao of CNC tool magazine ( a shaft ). 

2. the x and z axes adopt AC servo motor and absolute motor encoder, through the coupling and precision ball screw directly, each bearing ball screw is supported by precision special support bearing. 

3. the track of x and z axes adopt the precision linear roller guide rail pair with large bearing capacity and high rigidity. The roller and the guide rail, the slider is a line contact, the track pair use a db45 combination, able to withstand the up and down directions of four directions. The friction mode between the guideway is rolling friction, small number of friction, high motion sensitivity and low speed, so as to meet the high-speed, high-precision and high rigidity requirements of the machine tool. 

4. the control system adopts PROSPER CNC system ( optional Siemens system ), with high reliability and high price ratio, it can achieve any two axes, three axes or four axes coordinate control. the spinning machine realizes automatic feeding of workpiece to be processed, and improves production efficiency and enterprise market competitiveness.  5. the machine tool design adopts the electromechanical integration structure design. The machine tool control dial is placed in the right front of the nursing of the machine tool, and the operation is convenient. The control electric cabinet, gas path and centralized lubrication control are fixed in the machine tool column and the bed, so that the overall structure of the machine is compact, and reduce the area. 

6. the volumetric lubrication system directly controlled by the CNC system, constantly monitoring the level of the lubrication tank, and the pressure of the lubrication system, lubrication of the screw, line rail, and the service life of the moving parts greatly.  7. the machine tool adopts the hermetic protective cover
