5. FUNCTION:

 

1). The surface coating is with Weather Protective Wood Oil. It has excellent penetration and adhesion properties and protects the wood from UV-light for many years if

properly applied. Treated wood is ventilate and much less likely to warp and turn grey. Both the grain and the natural colour of the wood are enhanced. Antistatic, innoxious

and dustproof, waterproof, damp proof, mould proof etc,

2). It is resistant to heat, winter or rain season, feel nature look in your favourite places when you install wood outdoor decking.

3). According to the usage of tiles, we provide various surface treatments to our products.

 Anti skid, waves will be made on the top of each slat, which help you avoid slip.

 1. Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For wood flooring, our MOQ is 500 Sqm.

 

2. Q: What’s your best price for this wood flooring?

A: We will quote you best price based on your order quantity. So pls advise the order quantity when you make an inquiry.

 

3. Q: What's the delivery time?

A: The delivery time is about 30 days after receiving your deposit payment.

 

4. Q: What's your packing?

A: In general, 2-3 sqm per carton, and packaged with pallets.

But we can also pack the goods as your requirement.

 

5. Q: How can I order samples?

A: We can provide FREE samples if clients can take care of the expressing freight.

So pls just provide your own expressing account (such as DHL, TNT, UPS etc.) for sample expressing freight collected. If you don’t have any, we’ll advise you to prepay the money by PayPal, Western Union or T/T, and then we send samples to you. The money can be refunded to you if you can place an order from us then.

 

6. Q: What about the warranty?

A: The warranty for solid wood flooring is 25 years, and 15-20 years for engineered wood flooring. We have special quality control systems and also can provide the QC Report to clients before shipment; we make sure all the goods sent out to customers are in good condition. If here has any quality problem; we will give replacement in the next order.

 

 7.  Q: How to pay for the products?

A: Our regular payment terms is T/T (T/T payment Terms: 30%-50% deposit in advance and the balance against the B/L Copy at sight.  We can also accept the 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, West Union, PayPal payment etc.
