1. Featured with flat bed ,wide hard guide way and fully enclosed safe guard., completely equipped, good outlook, high rigidity and perfect precision, good reliability, easy operation and good safety.

 

2. As adopted with integral bed feet, super sonic hardened guide way, this machine has high rigidity and perfect precision. Bed, bed feet, spindle box and carriage, etc. all made by precious casting. Through the finite element analysis, reasonably arranged the stiffen ribbons, therefore effectively improve the processing capacity of the machine.

 

3. There are 2 kinds of spindle box equipments for choice such as : 2-steps gear change speeds and single spindle stepless speeds change which can satisfy the customer who require the machine with big torque, high speeds processing , etc. the spindle bearing are bought from Japanese NSK precision bearings, and there are FANUC servo spindle for choosing.

 

4. There are adjusting row tools for choice which can easy adjust the high of the centers and also convenient for the various tools used in processing.

 

5. As the machine adopts the modular design, except the main spindle box and  CNC system can be chosen by the customers, also the chucks such as handle chuck and 6 or 8 inch hydraulic chuck , tool posts such as vertical 4-positions , horizontal 6, 8-positions electrical tool posts or row tool posts ; tail stocks such as handle or hydraulic tail stock for choice according to the requirements of the customers. Further more , we can supply the simple bar stock conveyor for your requirement.

 

6. Fully enclosed safe guard were used in these machines. Because of the operation panel set with the pull door, the operation panel can move with the door at same time which will make the operation more convenient.
