 KQ500 series fixed gas detector can continuousely detect the concentration of toxic gases, flammable gases, Oxygen.

  Widely used in metallurgy, petrol, petrifaction, chemistry, light industry, coking, municipal administration, gas, pharmacy, sewage dealing and many other special industries and fields.

  Standard 4~20mA two wires signal output. It can transfer data in long distance, can get into the DSC system directly.

Q1. Can it applied to other gases?

A: KQ500 series can detect a wide range of combustible gas, toxic gas, Oxygen.

Q2.What certificate can you support?

A: Our products have passed CE, Calibration Cert, Confirmity Cert of Explosion-proof, Pattern Approval Cert of the Measuring Instrument.

Q3. How is the calibration be done?

A: To keep the high sensitivity, please calibrate it at least once a year .

Q4. What about the lead time?
A: We usually deliver the goods in 2-5 working days after the order confirmed.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on the gas detector?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

 

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.

Q7. How rto deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less 

than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new gas detectors with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution

including re-call according to real situation.
