Description

We are Changzhou HuaEn Garment Machinery Factory founded in 2010 and located in Changzhou city that is 1 hour from Shanghai. We have been devoted ourselves to fabric pleating machine for over 15 years and have delivered nearly 150 sets of machine abroad.

1. Rolling / cylinder pleating machine working principle

This rolling pleat machine is working by heating rollers and steel wire. Shape is set up by heating. Pleating speed is regulated by VFD (variable frequency driver). The steel wire is disassembled and adjusted individually. The tension device is needless. We use a roller dedicated to stretch the whole steel net. The wire is made of stainless steel 304, it removed or bring closer individually to pleat differently. Diameter of steel wire is same. Fabric thickness decides the temperature and tension of steel wires. Gear size is an key factor to produce the shrinking degree of pleat pattern.

Pleated fabric, textile, drapery is usually used for decorating skirt, shirt, dress, pajamas and adornments.

Rollers shape is designed according to your requirement. Current roller shape we make is straight, wavy and cube. Price of roller is different. The below picture is for your understanding three rollers and the three according pleat pattern.

4.  Pleat patterns

The first, fourth, fifth, sixth below are made by straight roller. The second, third and eighth are made by wavy profiled roller. The seventh is made by square / cube roller.

The below pattern is pleated first by ZJ-416 and then by ZJ-816. Similarly, there is numberless pleat patterns worked out by designer’s mind.

To avoid insect and fumigation formalities, we use strong plywood for packing material. And machine is fixed tightly inside by brace.

8. FAQ

Q. What is the delivery time of your machine?

A: In general, lead time is 7-10 days, customized machine will be 20-30 days

Q. Can the machine be customized per our requirement, such as put on our logo?

A: Surely our machine can be done as required. Put on your logo is doable too.

Q. As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the machine won’t be broken?

A: Our machine is packed in ply-wood case.

Q. May I know which payment will be accepted by your company?

A: So far 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by T/T before loading container.

Q. About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?

A: The warranty of our machine is normally 12 months. During this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible.
