Nanjing Tianshi can produce micronized waxes with different melt point, viscosity and hardness. The distribution of particle size and wettability is better. When Temperature and pressure is above fluid's critical temperature and critical pressure, the fluid is called supercritical fluid(SCF).
Controlling the termperature of supercritical co2, we produce the micro powder of polymer with high shear rate and rapid expansion.
Because of very high speed and very short expansion time of supercritical fluid, there are severe perturbation and infinite super saturation, the polymer nuleate and the micro powder have good particle uniformity.
Product Description
Our PE wax products include staight chain, linear polyethylene and their modified products, can be widely usde in wood coatings, inks, power coating etc. Our Micronized PE Waxes have excellent scratch an abrasion resistance and slip.
Partical size of our powder of PE wax can be limited to 5-6um(DV 50). These products have goodsize distribution.

Characteristics and Purposes
ØPEW-0305 is a high-density micronized polyethylene wax that can provide good hardness and abrasion resistance, and can greatly improve scratch resistance to powder coating applications. It does not make any smoke in high-temperature baking process. PEW-0305 has excellent dispersion uniformity in powder coatings, and can help on wetting and dispersing pigments fillers, and lubricating extruder screw as well. The ACM mill can also be added before the powder coating, it can improve mobility to have an improving texture and powder coating matting effect.
ØIn hot melt adhesives, PEW-0305 does perform anti-adhesive effect. And, it can improve adhesion on the hot melt adhesive particle surface.
ØIn the PU adhesive surface, PEW-0305 does also perform anti-adhesive effect. In silicone adhesive, it provides over a variety of soft-touch effect.
ØPEW-0305 is a good adhesive in powder metallurgy. It has almost no residue in high temperature baking process.
