1. The latest improved gear box, 360°non-stopping registration device.2. Movable type doctor blade, transverse reciprocating motion.
3. Far-infrared heating tube drying system can keep dry at a speed of 60m/min.
4. Unwinding and traction adopts magnetic powder brake to make material moving more stable.
5. Rewinding and traction adopt magnetic powder clutch to make color register accurate and rolling end face more neat and smooth.
6. Current output type temperature control system makes heating quicker and electricity saving.
7. Turnover double-station unwinding and rewinding mechanism, receiving and replacing material without stopping the machine.
8. Obverse and reverse side once-through continuous printing.
9. Double-oven drying system and large plate device can print the pattern with 1200mm in girth
