1) The mineral jig machine is mainly used to separate nugget gold, diamond and other precious stones. If your gold is tiny, we recommend the instigating sluice box and centrifugal concentrator.

2) JT series jigger are the new type of energy saving and high efficient gravity separation equipment and developed based on the traditional Sine Wave Jig.

3) The difference between saw-tooth wave ladder jig and sine wave jig is that the pulsation curve for jigging is saw-tooth wave shape with speedy upward flow and slow downward flow.

4) Bed layer is elevated integrally and slowly dropped with a long effective loose time, allowing significant increase of handling capacity for unit screen surface, decrease of lower limit of grain size recovery and large save of make-up water for undersized fraction.

5) Industrial tests carried our of saw-tooth wave ladder jig and sine wave jig for comparison showed that the recovery rate for operation of Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jig is raised by Sn:3.01%, W:5.5%, Pb:1.63%, Zn:2.04%.

6) The water consumption reduces 30%-40% with water consumption being decreased by 30-40%.

Product Principle

1) Saw-tooth wave jig is revised and manufactured, based on the stratified theory and the adequate analysis of other conventional jigs.

2) The jigging pulsation curve----produced by saw-tooth wave jig----is in the shape of saw-tooth wave which makes upward water flow quicker than downward water flow.

3) The feature that upward time is shorter than downward time solves the problem that time and action of upward/downward water flows.

4) This breakthrough dramatically amplifies the loose degree and mitigates suction action, which facilitates precipitation of coarse ores and improves ore recovery rate.
