[Product performance]

Heat Stability: watching with naked eye after 24 hours’ storage at (50±1)°Cenvironment, each component can not appear to be thickening, agglomeration, coagulation, color changing, taste, etc.

Tensile bond strength: under the conditions of (37±1)°C, the tensile bond strength should not be lower than 17Mpa.

[Main components]

Double methyl methacrylate acid, modified epoxy resin, silica filler and other photo-initiation system.

[Applicable scope]

This product is applicable to the bonding between orthodontic accessory and teeth surface in orthodontic treatment as well as other relevant enamel in orthodontic bonding. (Plastic bracket is not applicable)

[Product compositions]

This product consists of liquid, paste, acid etching and accessory material brush, mixing stick etc.

[Cautions]

In case of eye contact, flush eyes with soap and plenty of water. Uncured adhesive may cause sensitization in susceptible persons. In case of contact with the skin and other soft tissue, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Medical treatment is needed if necessary.

[Application Method]

Tooth surface preparation: Rinse the teeth enamel thoroughly with plenty of water. Isolate the teeth and dry with the air syringe.

Tooth surface treated: Apply the adhesive to the teeth, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and dry with the air syringe after 50~60 seconds. Remark: The etched areas should appear chalky-white, if not, prolong the time.

Liquid: Brush a thin coat of acid etching to each etched tooth surface.

Bonding: Brush a thin coat of paste to the bracket bonding surface by the mixing stick. A thin layer is enough. Fit the brackets to suitable place of the teeth surface and remove excess adhesive from the periphery of the bracket base after the brackets are in place. Light 10 seconds on each side of the metal bracket by light-curing machine. According to ceramic bracket, light 10 seconds on the front side. (Chose LED light-curing machine)

Place arch wire: Arch wires may be placed after light-curing.

[Product storage and life time]

Store at room temperature 15°C-28°C (can not be frozen)in cool, dark place. The lifetime is 18 months.
