For test and trial order, we agree with small quantity, but extra cost may be charged due to the high labor cost and low-efficiency production for smaller order, especially for the wax crayons and color paints.

What's the production time?
35 days after confirmed PO. 

Can I get a sample?
Yes, small pieces/sets of samples can be provided free of charge by freight collect or prepaid via PayPal.

What's the time for sampling?
5 working days. 15 working days if new molds need to be opened.

Does the sampling charge will be refunded when we place the order?
Yes, we will refund the sampling fees when mass order is placed.

May I customize with our own designs?
