Kalium zinc stabilizer for coating line product
K Zn liquid mixed metal stabilizer is a Potassium-Zinc stabilizer used as PVC heat stabilizer and as activator (or "Kicker") for blowing agent. It is used in making the foamed layer in numbers of plastisol application. It is formulated to provide excellent early color retention and foam fine cell structure.
It is a pale transparent liquid with great thermal stability and stimulative foam ability. It is free of any toxic heavy metal. It is widely used in foamed fabric coating, cushion flooring and foamed wall papers. As a catalyst it substantially reduces the temperature required to activate the blowing agent. It can be used alone as in combination with other heat stabilizer.
