Q: Are you really manufacturer or trading company? 

A: We have our own factory and engineer team. The service including  offering  the technology and support of building the clean room oversea.

Q: What is the international standard for air filter?

A:Euro: Pre (G1---G4), Medium (F5----F9), HEPA (H10--H14), ULPA (U15--17)

American: Pre (Merv1---7), Medium ( Merve8----14), HEPA (Merv15---19), ULPA (Merv20)

Q: What is your MOQ?

There are different standard of MOQ for different goods. If you want to customize the size and shape of air filter, but your quantity is small, the price will be higher than the normal one. Because we give the quotation according to the cost of production.

Q: Do we have some free samples for testing or checking?

A: Yes, no more than tow pc of free sample available only. But the courier or shipping charge will be on customer account as per our company police.

Q: How long will be the lead time for samples and production?

A: Generally, it takes 3-4 days for sampling, and 2-3 weeks for production. As if volume order, pls check with our sales.

Q: Do you have any certification to ensure the quality?       

A:ISO9001 ,and patents for some products. The company builds the laboratory with the elite college to research and development new products.

Q: Could the filter be used for high temperature or humidity circumstance?

A:There are anti temperature and humidity filtering materials available, please tell the sale in advance what the condition your air filter is used. The air filter can be customized according to your need.

Q: What Payment term you are running?

30% deposit paid  in advance,70% of the  balance is paid before delivery.
