Before the use please prepare a timer.

1. Remove the midstream from the foil pouch.

2. Remove the cap and place on the other end to expose the aborbent tip

3. Hold the stick by the thumb grip with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downward. Urinate on the absorbent tip only until it is  thoroughly wet. 

4. Use the cap cover the absorbent tip,Lay the test stick down on a flat surface with the windows while you wait for the test result.

5. Read the result within 10 minutes.

6. Discard the test device after single use in a dustbin. 

Interpreatation  of results:

  POSITIVE: Two lines are visible and the test line (T) is the same as or darker than the control line (C). A positive result indicates that FSH levels are higher than normal and the subject you may be experiencing peri-menopause.

     NEGATIVE: Two lines are visible, but the test line (T) is lighter than the control line (C), or there is no test line. A negative result indicates that the subject is probably not experiencing peri-menopause in this cycle.

   INVALID: Control line (C) fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect test performance are the most likely reasons for an invalid result. Review the procedure and repeat with a new test. If the problem persists, discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact your local distributor.

QUALITY CONTROL: 

A procedural control is included in the test. A red line appearing in the control line region (C) is considered an internal procedural control. It confirms sufficient specimen volume and correct procedural technique.

It is recommended that a positive FSH control (containing 25-250 mIU/mL FSH) and a negative FSH control (containing 0 mIU/mL FSH) be evaluated to verify proper test performance when a new shipment of test devices is received.
