PC-83.
It is use in ceramic gereen body or glaze for wall tiles, floor tiles and sanitary .It is a kind of poly carboxylic acid and sodium salt.
It is widely used in the whole ceramic industry, including wall and floor tiles, porcelain tiles and ceramic sanitary ware.

a) Wide applicability. It can apply to different types of clay.
b) It can substitute for STPP when used in ceramic body, and its price is cheaper than pure STPP.
c) The dosage is about half of the traditional diluting agent.
d) It can easily decrease the viscosity of slurry to meet the requirement of spray drier.
e) It can control the moisture content of the slurry which can prevent the green body from shrinkage, transformation and broken. Furthermore, with lower moisture content, the powder size would be much more stable and uniform.
f) The viscosity can be maintaining from a long time. Especially to the cool test.
g) It can reduce the milling time to improve the working efficiency and save the energy.

Direction of Use
The dosage usually to be around 0.1%-0.4% which can be decided by lab test. It is recommended to apply the lab test before the massive test.Typically, it can be added into the milling ball system directly. Besides, it can also be mixing with water in advance.
