Pure Epoxy Powder Coatings

 

Base: 

Thermoset powder coating based on epoxy resins and curing agent.

 

 Feature:

--Exceptional impact resistance and surface hardness

--Excellent adhesion and flexibility
--Certified chemical resistance
--Good electric insulation ability

--Not suitable for outdoor use directly 

 

Field of application:

For metal (steel or aluminum) items of interior use such as electrical appliances, auto parts, metal furniture, hospital equipments, camping accessories, HI-FI equipments, Shelvings, etc.

 

 Product availability:

-Color: Various

-Gloss Range: 2-95% (smooth surface at 60°)

-Surface: Smooth and special finish (texture, wrinkle, hammer etc) for all kinds of gloss

-Density: 1.4-1.8 g/cm³

 

Curing guide: 180°C/20min, 190°C/15min or 200°C/10min

 

Film characteristics:

Excellent abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance, particularly in contact with alkaline product, common solvents
