H beam automatic high frequency welding machine

H beam automatic high frequency welding machine  is used for producing high frequency welded light "H" steel sections, which can assemble three specified size steel plate into a customized size of “H” or “I” section steel.

The whole production line includes five main parts: Entry part, assembly part, welding part, cut part, unloading part.

The welding part use high frequency welding, with two welding principles of “skin effect” and “proximity effect” of the high frequency current, H beams can be welded with lower welded power. 

Raw material: Hot rolled steel coil, suitable for HF welding with low carbon steel, middle carbon steel, low alloy steel（Q235, Q345）and ASTM-A1011- Gr.50, etc. Yield intension: less than 44800PSI.

Finished products standard: ASTM A-6, A-36, A572, A992, JIS G3353, JG/T137-2007, YB3301-1992.
