Plastic or Rubber Diamond Rope Wire Cutter for granite marble concrete

Diamond wire saw is composed of diamond beads which is stringed together with high strong steel wire.Diamond beads are produced coating diamond powder on the column steel rings by three types of technics: electroplating, sintering & vacuum brazing.



Diamond beads are reinforced with rubber or plastic injection and also spring on the steel wire.The Diameter of Diamond wire saw is from 7.5mm to 11.5mm to fit all kind of application conditions: quarrying, cutting and profiling marble, granite, limestone, sandstone

1 Difference between wet blade and dry blade ?

The main difference is the way the diamond matrix is attached to the core. Wet blades are brazed, while dry blades are generally laser welded. Laser welding has a higher melting point. 
Besides the weld, another difference is the bond. Dry blades usually have a slightly softer bond to allow easier cutting without water to cool and lubricate the cut.



2 What we should do if your products can not run well?

Give us detailed report, we will analyze the reason and try to find a way to solve the problem. If possible, we will give the replacement for free.



3 Do you inspect the finished products?

Yes, each step and finished products will be inspected when producing by QC department.

Like checking the flatness degree to see if it is up to the standard.
