OPERATED BY STACKER CRANES in AS/RS SYSTEM:

AS/RS Storage systems for palletized goods stored in the high and narrow aisles. The loading units are handled 

by automated stacker cranes. These storage solutions can be designed as single or double deep structures, 

and also as open face solutions for automated storage system(AS/RS) of a single pallet per level and bay.

 RACKING FOR AUTMATED WAREHOUSE(AS/RS) 

PALLET RACKING and multi-layer shelf racking are involved during automated warehouses.

Conveying system for warehouse AS/RS storage(box,carton solutions/pallet solutions)

Conveying system is usually equipped in the front or back of warehouse for conveying goods from rack to despatch,  bridging the procedures done by forklifts and stackers by using rolling conveyor or chain

conveyor and combining  with lifts, rotating devices and other equipments.

Controlling system within ( to carry out instructions of WMS)

Communicating with WMS and ECS through OPC agreement, PROFIBUS bus network, set up by

SIEMENS S7-300 controller  can operate all conveyors offline, doing conveying of goods automatically. 

WMS System in AS/RS automation storage( Admistrator to send instructions)

Hardwares of WMS System: star network structure, network sever, RF server, computers for management

and monitor, RF base station and RF terminal for in/out warehouse of goods.
